I am a storyteller with experience in journalism, corporate communications and brand marketing, including leadership roles.
As editor-in-chief of Ford Motor Company's internal newsroom, known as the Content Factory, I manage a team of creative staff to conceive, develop and produce written and visual materials about the automaker for distribution across the media landscape: print, broadcast, digital, social.
We are a fast-paced, deadline-driven team. We collaborate with working groups throughout Ford and among our agency partners in pursuit of a common goal: To enhance Ford’s national and global reputation through integrated communications that reflect the ever-evolving ways people consume news and information.
Before joining the Ford team, I was a journalist, rising from small-town reporter in Maine, to business editor of The Detroit News. At the News, my team won a Gerald A. Loeb Award for Distinguished Business and Financial Journalism for our coverage of the General Motors bankruptcy.
